So it's Monday and the week has been filled with some amazing experiences, day four and besides the orphanage, we went to a soup kitchen and played with some more children for another couple hours. I also had the opportunity to use my camera to take pictures of about 34 kids in order to make sponsor cards for them to go to school. I feel it's a pretty cool thing to be involved in. That was all on Saturday. Yesterday, we went to church, la Iglesia del Camino. It was a bilingual service, so it lasted very long, but it was really cool. Then we made our way back to the hotel where we just rested for a couple hours waiting for the rain to subside(it's the rainy season here) and finally we made our way to a 300 year old cathedral and walked around, it began to pour and it lasted for hours, so we were essentially stranded at the cathedral. But we just began to have quiet times and pray for the city. After about an hour or so of that, we made our way back to the hotel in the pouring rain, everybody got wet and cold, but it was actually a lot of fun.
Today we are going to Hermano Pedro, a hospital for handicapped people we will spend the whole day there and I think we are taking some of them to lunch. so please continue to pray for this trip. and I'm sure that everyones children miss them as much as they miss their kids.

P.S. there is a big festival going on this week and one night there was a rally car show before the big race, milk mustache plus car models = gold.

Well, so far the trip has been amazing. The city of Antigua is an amazing city full of color and culture. so far we have been to the centro, the times square, so to speak, of Antigua. We have also been to an orphanage and just loved on the kids for a couple hours, all of the full of smiles and affection, no matter their situation, here are a few pictures from our trip that I have taken so far.
